Find your gaps in two minutes

The free Builder Standard Assessment scores you out of 100 across contracts, payments, records, customer care and insurance, then shows exactly where you are losing marks. If documents or processes are missing, the £295 Professional Standards Audit helps you compile them.

Questions

Common questions

Should the handover pack be digital or paper?

Digital is easier to keep, search and reissue. Many contractors provide a digital pack and print a short summary for the customer's file.

Does a handover pack replace certification?

No. It collects the certificates and records that already exist; it does not substitute for building control, competent-person certification or statutory approvals.
