Why we process it

To provide the platform, deliver Professional Standards Audits and verification services, communicate with you, meet legal obligations and improve the service.

Retention

Project passport records are retained for the life of the account and for a period afterwards so that clients retain access to their project history. Retention periods are set out in our retention schedule.

Your rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under UK GDPR. Contact us to exercise them. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
