Builder Standard provides standards review, digital project record keeping and independent milestone verification services. Services are provided with reasonable skill and care.

Builder Standard is an independent commercial provider. It is not a government body and does not imply government endorsement or affiliation.

Limits of verification

Milestone verification confirms that submitted evidence supports a stage of work having been reached at the time of review. It does not replace statutory Building Control inspections, structural engineering advice, legal advice, warranty inspections or specialist certification.

Compliance scores and badges

Compliance scores are an internal platform measure based on the information supplied. They are not statutory ratings. Verified Professional status may be suspended or withdrawn where requirements are no longer met.

Subscriptions and payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. One-off services are payable in advance.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and evidence you submit, and for complying with all legal obligations applicable to your business and your projects.
