Milestone Verification

Verify progress before money moves.

Builder Standard provides independent project milestone verification to help builders and homeowners confirm that agreed stages of work have been reached. On the government's new scheme, both parties can nominate Builder Standard as their independent verifier of each work stage — so payment is only released through the new government app once the stage has been independently confirmed.

No. Builder Standard is independent and is not part of, affiliated with or endorsed by any government app or scheme. It provides independent evidence records only.

Does verification replace Building Control or a warranty?
