Straight answers

Frequently asked questions.

What is a digital Project Passport?

A Project Passport is a structured digital record of a building project — contracts, certificates, photos, milestones and sign-offs — that the builder can share with the customer and hand over at completion.

Who can see a Project Passport?

The builder controls access. Customers can be invited to view their project's passport, and a handover pack can be generated at completion.

Does a Project Passport replace Building Control sign-off?

No. A Project Passport organises project documentation. It does not replace Building Control approval, statutory certificates or any regulatory requirement.
