Do I have to buy anything after the free review?
No. The review is genuinely free and there is no obligation. If the audit is not right for you, we will say so on the call.
Is the £295 audit refundable or credited?
The £295 fee is credited in full against a setup package taken within 90 days of your audit report.
Can I go straight to a monthly plan?
Yes. Membership from £49 a month is available without the audit or setup — the audit simply gets you further, faster.
Am I tied into a contract?
Monthly membership is rolling and can be cancelled at any time. One-off services are paid once, with nothing recurring.
Does this register me with any government scheme?
No. Builder Standard is an independent commercial platform. We help you prepare and evidence your standards, but we cannot register, certify or accredit you for any government scheme.
What happens to my score afterwards?
Your Builder Standard Score updates as evidence is added on the platform, so it reflects how the business runs now rather than a single point in time.
